Personal Touch Gourmet adds that special,  personal touch you demand in a personal chef service.  We are proud to offer the following as part of our unique service:

· Personalize menus specifically for you and your family using the information derived from a one-on-one, detailed food and dietary evaluation.

· Identify any food allergies or sensitivities requiring special attention.

· Identify specific medical parameters or conditions which require special menus.

· Develop suggested menus based on the personalized assessment and submit them for your approval prior to the scheduled cooking date.

· Grocery shop for the freshest and highest quality products for your customized menu.

· Follow all safe food-handling procedures.

· Prepare the specific entrees and appropriate side dishes and package them to retain flavors and appearance.

· Label and store meals, leaving specific heating and handling instructions so the entrees may be enjoyed at their very best.

· Charge the appropriate fee indicated on the pricing outline for the selected meal plans.

· Always follow the strict Code of Ethics as outlined by the United States Personal Chef Association.
